At Box Room Gym, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to make a warranty claim.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.

Warranty Period

All equipment purchased from boxroomgym.com is covered by a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defective parts only that fail due to manufacturing faults during normal home (domestic) use.

If a defect is confirmed, we will supply a replacement part at no cost.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable items, including but not limited to pads, grips, cables, upholstery, and coatings
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, incorrect assembly, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage caused by commercial, semi-commercial, or gym use
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

Labour & Service Costs

This warranty does not cover labour, installation, or service costs. Replacement parts only are provided where a valid warranty claim is approved.

Geographic Coverage

This warranty applies to orders delivered within Ireland only.

Eligibility

Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from boxroomgym.com and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required.

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us using our Contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or video evidence showing the fault

Additional information may be requested to assess the claim.

Assessment & Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, replacement parts will be issued within a reasonable timeframe. All warranty decisions are made in line with this policy and applicable consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes your legal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

 

Returns & Refund

  • Eligibility for Returns

    Only new and unused items are eligible for return.
    Returned items must be in their original, resalable condition and show no signs of use, damage, wear, or installation.

  • Timeframe

    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    Return requests submitted after this 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver orders within the Republic of Ireland:

  • An Post
  • DPD
  • DHL
  • UPS

Carrier selection is determined based on parcel size, weight, and delivery destination to ensure efficient delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to track your package through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the Republic of Ireland only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the Republic of Ireland.

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, or any international destinations outside the Republic of Ireland.

We are also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.
